Essentially the irony is this: on the one hand, the film-makers say Edie was used and abused in her lifetime. Fair enough. On the other hand, they use and abuse Bob Dylan by creating a Dylanesque figure in all but name who is a super-rat. I find it ironic to slate exploitation on one hand, but to be an exploiter at the same time. Hope that helps.Bina007https://www.blogger.com/profile/01622085135305501711noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-18360914.post-35792310259541660572007-02-18T04:54:00.000+00:002007-02-18T04:54:00.000+00:00Hey man, you are a really good writer and I look f...Hey man, you are a really good writer and I look forward to reading some more of your reviews but I'm a little confused about what you mean by the irony regarding the portrayal of Dylan when compared To Edie. Maybe if I see the flick I'll understand what you mean.Cynicism is hiphttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15495619297626009267noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-18360914.post-1169537156892427292007-01-23T07:25:00.000+00:002007-01-23T07:25:00.000+00:00Well, mine is but one opinion and Sienna Miller IS...Well, mine is but one opinion and Sienna Miller IS fantastic....Bina007https://www.blogger.com/profile/01622085135305501711noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-18360914.post-1169509493483508602007-01-22T23:44:00.000+00:002007-01-22T23:44:00.000+00:00Funny.
